The video will be made after (Due to how late in the month since the setup and approval took some time, I may finish this in early Sept.)
Rules may change in future months depending on how things go.

Minor quick update: if you vote regular and switch tiers to a VIP tier, only the VIP vote will count.

When I meant 3 votes I meant 3x votes. as in the VIPs votes are worth 3x as much. Sorry about that.
