"Aah you must be the newcomer! Welcome to Keira's one and only, hardcore girls only gym! Cause let's face it, even our lightest dummbells are beyond what any man can ever hope to lift!"

"Still we do love having them around, thats why we have a wall sized window over there, looking over into the commercial gym next door. As you can see it works both ways. They love to look and drool over us, worship us with their eyes from the other side. And most of the girls here, including myself love lifting huge, mind blowing weights in front of there eyes. It is a great motivator."

"Now, they are not allowed in here, mostly for their own safety! However, that door over there grants you access to a special shared area, or 'fun' room ha. They too have a door that leads into it. It is completely free and at everyone their own risk. There are several private stalls and there are ample showers."

"As for the other rules, I do not have many. Lift hardcore, lift heavy, groan, grunt, roar and scream all you like. Drop the weights down as hard and loud as needed. Sweat, drool, faint, whatever you need to do to become an even bigger and stronger behemoth of muscle!"

With my dad in the hospital now with heart issues, I do not know what this coming week will bring so I am using this moment of rest today to post a bonus week as to get something out.
