The black-market-dealing, stolen-part-delivering, car enthusiast manly man is back! Hate him or love him he was too much an important part of Ben and Gwen's life to leave it out.
So how does he fit in our version of Ben's universe? Well, he's still a douche, don't worry. He also plays a very crucial role at the beginning of the game, one which leads our protagonist to try to -ehem- do the dirty deed with every female in sight.
Later has some encounters of the fourth kind himself, but I'm not at liberty to say with whom or why.
