Newman here -in case you weren't sure which degenerate deviant you were dealing with- showing you Blukic and Driba's workshop. It is a place of dangerous weapon testing, of gadget inventing, explosives and non-explosives blowing up, and constant bickering.
They're to Ben and the Plumbers what Q is to James Bond, providing them with the latest in attack and defense technology, so they can threaten and terrorize criminals and civilians alike. Fun times! It'll be then, the second shop you guys will encounter when playing. But not the last one!
Oh! It's also their home, so preferably knock before entering. They do everything together... and I do mean EVERYTHING. Yuck.
