Well, what do you think of that? A thing of beauty, that is... XD Allow me to explain. Here, you guys can se the new combat interface, a new turn system with individual time bars (we added a "agility" stats that will affect each character's speed in combat), and a chaos of effects, onomatopoeias and alien shennanigans.
You can also -thanks to the lovely Rook Shar there- see that companions will help you in combat. Companions will have completely different attacks to Ben's, but they will be complementatry. Use Shar's net ability and then Heatblast an there will be fire damage with every turn, that kind of thing. We're still testing damage, HP, attack effects and so on, but it's already looking like it will be a lot of fun to play with it. If we do it right, that is. Which we will. Hopefully. XD
When the Alpha comes out, all the feedback you can give us will be much appreciated. We want combat to be fun, with a bit of strategy but without being too overwhelming. Truly gang, I can't wait!
