I feel like its not very safe at this age, you need a lot more nutrients and calories. But cutting carbs should be fine since we dont need that much.

You support my idea to push my first meal later, to eat less sugar and more healthy fats instead of a lot of carbs.What is bothering me: i'm only 15. Is the fasting and the sharp drop of calories going to hurt my growth and normal development.As your videos state: it shouldn't, but everyone around me tells me the opposite, which creates the mental struggle to actually do it. It would really help if you could somehow confirm i should do it so i feel safer. Thanks! Your content is great!
