New to patreon here and I just wanted to thank you especially for these last two videos (gluten included). I have been letting my family know about the information contained in these, since in the past they relied heavily on antibiotics and ate a lot of bread and pasta. I gave my mother the Grain Brain book you mentioned and she read enough already to tell me that she have decided to avoid eating foods high in gluten or refined sugars. Thank you.
