*One correction: Shawn Baker has not been doing the carnivore diet for 7 years, it's 2-ish years apparently. (He started experimenting with low carb paleo about 7 years ago.)

I would love to hear more on this subject of the Carnivore Diet
2018-09-19 18:00:49 +0000 UTCGreat video and most definitely grabbed my attention. I've been going in the direction of whole foods. I've paid more attention to what I eat, and how it affects weight and mood. I however haven't journal-ed the exiting part of the whole process. I have adopted the 8-16 rule and have been at least 14 hours between dinner and breakfast consistently for months now. I have a general question and would like your take on it. Should fasting be used as a transition? If not, why? My arm-chair intuition leans toward the full break but I'm no expert.
