Looked like snooker coz the rack was all reds. Also, in Bristol, I seen rent get put up 400% to kick out a local non-profit that ran a multipurpose community building also with around 150 tenants renting office and studio space low cost. The landlords had asked local entrepreneurs to come in and put to use a building that had been abandoned in an area neglected since riots in the 80s, the brief given was to create a space to best serve the community, but actually what they meant was, please use your art and culture to make this neighborhood trendy and our building triple in price so we can develop it into flats. 7 years later and I don't think these flats have been built, the 'community space' looks similar but is actually money to the landlords now, rather than a social enterprise. It's the same story in so many places unfortunately π
