Probably she reproaches him again that because of him her friend has a wasted life. Anyway, he himself is surprised by her presence at Mipha's place where he spent the night, because she was feeling bad and wanted him to be by her side. You can see how much she loved Link, which Zelda did not want to see. Will they ever reunite? No one knows.
