I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky.
I think your historical insight is excellent. Another factor to consider is how impeachment is a purely political action. And therefore, extremely turbulent for a nation. In my mind, impeachment should only be used in the most extreme of cases.

I've gone through two gigantic jars of hot peppers in like 10 days.

I mean, Congress could technically vote to impeach a President for any reason, since the charges don't have to be criminal, nor does the outcome have criminal implications.
That said, no, there's nothing yet for Congress to move forward on.
Pence could invoke Section IV of Amendment XXV, but he wouldn't have much of a leg to stand on, and he would need help from others in positions of power.

Great episode Colin. I enjoyed the topic an appreciate you looking into Johnson's impeachment. Like you and I suspect many viewers, I remember Clinton's fairly clearly. I learned a great deal about Johnson's. Keep up the great work!

So... with that education of how it happened. Does Congress have grounds right now to impeach Trump? Or will we have to wait for this investigation to continue? And even if they have grounds, will they do it, or will they protect their party and just let him be him? --- Or what I find interesting and maybe Colin can do a follow-up video on this, is will Pence invoke the 25th amendment? I've been thinking since the moment Pence agreed to be the VP candidate.

Really great episode Colin, very informative and interesting at the same time. Keep up the great work. Curious to see you go over impeachment again if impeachment is brought against Trump and you do a video after all the impeachment proceedings have concluded.
