I don't know if this is useful for any of you here, since many of you get early access to Fireside Chats upon release, but I wanted to let you know that -- in response to a desire for Fireside Chats on YouTube -- I've come up with a solution that I think works best.
I'm batching together episodes, five at a time, and putting them up as one long video on the original YouTube channel. The batched episodes will be quite latent -- once I get 6-10 up a week from today, you won't see 11-15 until Episode 21 is live on Soundcloud. In other words, the batches will always be about five weeks behind the newest episode in each batch.
For anyone that wants to hear the episodes earlier, you can do so here on Patreon, over on Soundcloud, or on many podcast services.
I hope this solution works for many of you! It allows me to not have to open a third YouTube channel (which isn't going to happen), direct the podcasts towards an audience of nearly 90,000 subs that already exists, and resist flooding the channel with constant uploads.
Enjoy!
