Cod has had player choices before I believe black ops 2 had like 8 endings with various choices throughout the campaign. Colin you mention how cod isn't very controversial anymore but the MW 2019 campaign definitely pushed for a more controversial approach as there were missions based on recent events such as Benghazi, terrorist attacks, Syrian conflicts and much more. I highly recommend I think you would enjoy it and its only about 8 hours long.

Discs are cheaper, I can get PS5 games for £45-£50 for AAA games, couldn't do that if I bought them off the ps store, also I just love having a physical collection. To Christopher, as someone who has had depression before, I hope you get the much needed help dude!

To say call of duty is a hit would be an understatement it’s not just the biggest juggernaut in gaming. It’s one of the biggest juggernauts in all of entertainment in one fiscal year it made 3 billion dollars. Why on earth would they stop releasing it every year when racking in that much money. The reason AC stopped annualizing is because sales went down. In terms of Marvel IMO a very average show like winter solider and Falcon was Disney + biggest hit. That’s why your going to see tons of marvel games even though I’ve also been personally over Marvel for awhile.

Liu Cixin is the author of perhaps my favorite trilogy of hard science fiction novels, and he's very very well regarded worldwide for those books (The Three Body Problem is the first of the 3). Some of the concepts he introduces are actually applicable in real world space exploration, a la the Fermi paradox, relativity theory, etc. I genuinely was surprised at his attitude towards the CCP, when his commentary in the books is starkly critical of The Great Leap Forward, censorship, and similar Communist programs. (Those sections are apparently moved to the middle in the Chinese version to appeal to the censors) Regardless, I actually think you'd really enjoy them.

Here's my what I perceive will be hot take. The people that complain about Marvel are more annoying than Marvel fans. Kinda like the people that complain about COD or used to complain about Assassin's Creed being released every year. To steal something that's been said before: Vote with your wallet. People like me don't mind more Marvel, we didn't mind when Assassin's Creed was being released every year. I play so many games that a new one doesn't make me feel 'burnt out." I know exactly what I'm getting when it comes to COD or AC or a Marvel game and that excites me. I don't force myself to play something that I don't feel like playing. Maybe others do? I don't get the complaints. No one is forcing anyone to buy any of these games and the market is flooded with new ips and new games all the time. Diversity is out there if you look. Going to end my post here for now. (everything above this was posted after I listened to the Marvel/Amy discussion) To add on after listening to the COD discussion. When it comes to Chris' points, the internet is a jaded and negative place and people parrot what others are saying and like to join in on people shitting on something. Does it mean that they're wrong? Not necessarily but to dismiss sales and say it's just because its annualized is wrong. If people are having fun and are enjoying what they're playing that's what matters.
