Let's chat about capitalism, "the market," class, and much more, sifting down into the actual nitty-gritty: How did a dying brick-and-mortar video game store find itself at the center of one of the most memorable global financial stories in recent history? But there's other news, too, of course, specifically out of Denmark, where IO Interactive is doubling its headcount as it gears up for its post-Hitman foray into 007. What should we expect from Bond's digital revival? Plus: February's PS+ games have been revealed, Returnal has been delayed, and we have some bad news about continued PlayStation 5 shortages. I’m in Australia and the PS5 is impossible to get. The series X not far away. I literally bought an Xbox One S to feel somewhat part of next gen. It’s an absolute shit show.

Its not that the desire to not see a female Bond is misogynistic, its more of a desire to not see a dramatic departure from what we understand as the basic nature of the character.

I’m telling you Colin, there’s something about the general ergonomics of this controller that just doesn’t agree with people and I think it’s an issue. Granted of course I’m sure it’s effecting a small percentage of players, it’s really damning for those who experience this. So that said contrary to what you thought, yes I do hold this against Sony. Let me use my D4 please.

I don't want a female Bond the same way I don't want a male Samus, except from Internet points there is nothing to gain from changing the gender of a character, it is just a jump start to pull in audience for what you want to do.

2021-02-02 21:11:01 +0000 UTCI don't feel "pissed" by the Control PS Plus announcement, but I am in that pool of people who bought it when the PS5 upgrade was first announced. I planned on playing upgraded version upon the PS5's release, but then the release was delayed to February -- which now seems like the upgrade was actually ready at launch, and that it was only delayed for the sake of the PS Plus announcement. So in that regard, yeah, it kinda sucks to get burned. But so be it... way it goes.

With the amount of times the game has been ported to other consoles, I feel like it’s still fresh in people’s minds. I just hope it’s not RE5 levels of action and that they add some of the horror elements they scrapped from RE3.5. Would love to see a remake of code Veronica and RE Zero...

Most of the people who are complaining I’m guessing already bought the original version of the game and possibly the DLC. The devs/publisher then told fans that if you wanted to play the PS5 update you were going to have to buy the game again with the Ultimate edition. Then two weeks before the PS5 update becomes available, the ultimate edition goes 50% off, so I begrudgingly bought the game again so I could play the update. Then they announce it’s free for February. Control fans already felt burned with the Ultimate edition fiasco, so then giving in and buying it right before they announce its free just feels extra shitty on their part. Thankfully I bought it 11 days before the announcement so I was able to get a refund still.

I actually became relatively reliant on the transition lenses, however, and that's why I'd wear them while going out, etc. But I've totally broken myself of wearing them at all, and I just wear sunglasses outside now.

I played Maneater for 5 minutes and couldn’t play anymore lol sucks. Even with Bloodborne my right index finger was having spasms/twitching after a day or two of playing. I pushed through for that game but it was rough.

The future is very bright for Last Stand Media! Edit: I bought The Medium for my pc because I want to support this type of game and I can say from experience it’s very good! But not a system seller for sure. I think the next game they make should be under a different company name because the intro is very self serious then you see ‘created by Bloober team’ and you can’t help but chuckle.

I got the platinum in Hollow Knight a while back, and it was the hardest thing I've ever done in a game. It has a boss rush mode that has 53 bosses straight with no check points... and the last 3 are insanely hard. It took me about 70 hours of practice before I got good enough to do it. Super nerdy, but it's the only one I'm proud of.😂

2021-01-29 19:10:13 +0000 UTCOne thing I disagree with Colin on is the premise that a rarer trophy is always a harder trophy. There are many factors that could make a trophy percentage lower. A large percentage of more casual players would be one. The red dead redemption 2 platinum still sits at .1%, but I’d argue there are harder trophies I’ve gotten such as bloodborne or Sekiro. My theory is that there are far less hardcore players playing red dead vs a fromsoft game. Another factor is just that some trophy lists are bad or tedious. Does a super tedious trophy make it harder? Love the show guys, keep it up!
