Richard Hoeg of Hoeg Law joins this episode to analyze the leaked contract between PlayStation and Capcom. Curiously, it prevents Resident Evil Village from joining Xbox Game Pass for at least a year and it doesn't look like money changed hands in the way it is always assumed. The question is, is this legitimate? That's where Hoeg steps in!
