While I think it's important for third party japanese games to come to xbox, most gamers, western or japanese, won't have a reason to get the console until there's an exclusive forcing them to buy it. So I do believe they're going to have to acquire or create some amount of japanese talent to really pull people in. Not sure why persona would remain multiplat, it's the same bethesda ordeal again, no reason to make a huge purchase if it's not exclusive

I know studio prices are up, but this is way above market price. Just to put this number in perspective, Tesla forcasts total investment costs at 20-30 billion usd for the Skylink project.
