Lowering the Bitrate will in fact lower the file size, it's not a huge difference, but it is noticeable.

I am not sure what I can do to alleviate this on my end, however. 200ish MBs for 30 seconds of 4k stereoscopic VR files is pretty decent in size. I realize this doesn't make the situation any better, but the files really can't be compressed very much anymore than they are; I am going to be lowering the bitrate a tad (to improve playback) so that may help with fize size? I am not sure. If I can't change the files, then maybe I can change the hosting? I am very happy with MEGA's servers and hosting, especially for what we are paying to host. As always, I am open to suggestions,so feel free to send any ideas you have.
