2023-12-15 03:04:45 +0000 UTCOoof I really felt those poop stories Colin. I luckily haven’t had one in over 8years but I called the brown out events. The pain is so bad I went blind during it once… that was scary. Lying naked on the floor in a stall of a filthy and high traffic public bathroom, sweating, not sure if I was gonna make it, and also being blind through pain and a drop in blood pressure. As you mentioned though, the relief is insane. I have no answers either, it’s probably diet related. Mine stopped when I reduced my carb intake.
