Symmetra by the Sea (Remaster)

It was a bit difficult to remaster this animation, as there wasn't a whole lot to change on the actual animation itself. After all, NoduSFM is a talented artist! All I could do was add in a little self pleasure and increase the length. Outside of the animation work itself I added on to the scene build to give it more of a real life, actual location feel. I decided to take the Overwatch scene and place it next to a city with some machinery you'd find by the ocean or sea. I contemplated adding a WHOLE city scene and animating the background, but ran short of time and moved on to the next animation. Of course, I changed the lighting to be much better for VR, adding more depth in the process. This is a must on most animations, remasters or not. An animation made for 2d viewing is not going to look perfect in VR. I wish I had understood that years ago. More unique sound was created to fit the new feel. Overall a step in the right direction, while showing off the advances we've made while using SFM.

I am sure that some of you noticed I updated the goals for Dark Dreams. I am pretty much working full time from home with the new schedule, with a little bit of part time work here and there. With that said, the new goal is to get a secondary PC or laptop for Blender only renders. In the meantime, this means that I'll be teaching myself Blender so that when the day comes, I'll be ready.

We're still a very small studio, so every little bit matters. I feel that the amount of quality content we put out is great, but I want to continue raising our standards, be that in animation length, graphics, sound, or even the platform it's made on.
