Has the platform changed for the better or worse?

I’d imagine “Across the Spiderverse” is any animator’s equivalent to “2001: A Space Odyssey” in terms of its importance to the medium. Would be cool to listen to him gush over it.

I see it as a cesspool of insane people who’ve migrated from street corners and store fronts to virtual forums because they feel more relevant there. And parents seek advice on how to raise their children there, which is incredibly frightening.
