2024-04-15 19:26:48 +0000 UTCI agree with that one write-in about expectations for a $500 machine, except, I think it is fair to expect a 1080p/60 performance mode with the $500 series X. HOWEVER I think you would be crazy to expect a lot of games to have "parity" on the Series S for 60 fps modes in particular. I do NOT expect my $220 Series S (I got a good deal with a free controller thrown in too) to give me 60 fps modes and/or 1440p and higher modes for bigger budget games. Whenever I do get a 60 fps mode on series S my expectations are exceeded. given what I paid anyway.

It's funny that there's a game in Hellblade, now, that is essentially for me, but not for me to play. I can't imagine anyone else who has had these issues would ever want to touch Hellblade either and I'd really wonder what they thought about it as well. Hellblade is not really my kind of game to begin with but it is kind of surreal to see a game with all this hype that focuses on something so close to home. I don't think I've ever felt so connected to a game and at the same time wanted nothing to do with it. Hope you guys enjoy. It makes me think of a game about people in wheelchairs, which actual people in wheelchairs cannot play. XD
