Just a comment on laser eye surgery. I had it in 2005 and can confirm that you do smell the similar burning scent that you would get if you were to cauterize a wound or have your teeth drilled during a dental procedure. When I got the laser surgery, it only took about 25 to 30 seconds per eye and was one of the easiest and most amazing things that I’ve had but I did smell that smell.

He more or less said that it shouldn’t be controversial to state the obvious, which is that it’s a conspicuous choice made in order to appeal to Western audiences. That’s isn’t a controversial take at all. I mean, do you NOT think they chose Yasuke because it’d be a popular choice that will move more copies? Online culture wars noise is meaningless when it comes to sales (see Hogwarts Legacy, Stellar Blade, etc.). I’ve played every AC and I’m looking forward to this one, too. The “stranger in a strange land” trope is used all the time because it works.

2024-05-22 11:50:20 +0000 UTCI played Animal Well for two hours during my first sitting and didn’t get it at all, but noted I played for two hours (I usually play for an hour and then I take a break). The next time I sat down I played for three hours, and in my final sitting I played for two hours and beat the game, it was at this stage that I realised, I don’t understand why, but this game is extremely addictive and special. Not many games will have me sitting for more than an hour, this did, some others that did were Tears of the Kingdom, FF7 Rebirth and The Last of Us Pt I & II.

I completed all her tasks but didn’t leave enough days to pass for her to invite me. I had to step away from the game for over a month before i decided to fight the final boss and finish the game because I was so disenchanted by the platinum.
