This would eliminate the tension of travelling check point to check point, which is a pretty key part to the whole fromsoft design philosophy.

2024-07-10 23:06:49 +0000 UTCDustin! Don’t play the Mega Man X collection on PlayStation 4/5 lol. The input lag is horrible, there are YouTube videos that break it down. Any of the other methods you mentioned will be better to play it with. Very cool seeing Spawn Wave on here!

2024-07-10 19:00:39 +0000 UTCBeyond Good and Evil is an excellent game. It has all the markings of legendary games in the genre during that time, better than most as well. The charm, the score, Jade is a strong character, the camera aspect was original for the time as well. Many critical darlings fall through the cracks, popularity isn’t a referendum on quality. Famously the best Zelda game ever made, Okami, was a near consensus GOTY and barely sold as well. :) It’s weird to hear the downtrodding of it here. Saying that, the time for a sequel has passed, but acting like it’s a mystery as to why people are interested in more of it is puzzling.

2024-07-10 14:33:39 +0000 UTCWrestling games used to be goated. We used to play triple threat matches in WCW revenge. Those matches would last like an hour lol. Times were wild when 3 kids were huddled in front of a 20 inch CRT to play games. I’m glad I got to live through those times.

I don’t have a ton of space so I’ve been specifically been trying to find a 9-13 inch screen. I’ve had a few that I’ve seen but people are asking crazy ass prices for these things. Like a 9 inch Zenith for $140. GTFO of here with that. So I wish you the best of luck on your search. Facebook marketplace seems to have the most but I’ve also seen a couple good ones on offer up.

2024-07-09 21:11:10 +0000 UTCI disagree with adding a pause button because it's part of the games difficulty. You can't stop and swap armors or weapons or select use items in your inventory. You can do it if you're fast enough in the menus, but again that's part of the difficulty. You can't stop the game to take a break and let your adrenaline levels go down. That's part of the game. That's part of the challenge. In addition, I think that framing having a child as a "situational disability" is so disingenuous. Having a child isn't a disability. You simply have more important priorities than a video game. And that's fine. That doesn't mean a game designer needs to tailor their game to you.
