I had to ask you guys after spending so much time in the cesspool that is twitter. I think, since I'm with Cog on going to BK to get a whopper. I don't really care about exclusives, whether they are 1st, 2nd, or 3rd party. I do agree with you guys that this is probably a money thing. That SE's reasons for why they release games on x platform and not y platform is a head scratcher. I think at most, one can assume their is a deal between the big FF games and Sony. Until explicit documentation regarding SE and Sony comes out regarding FF, most, if not all of this is unknown. It would be nice if, especially on twitter speculation came after facts. I think I will listen to you guys more often than going on twitter. I'll probably save myself many brain cells!

As for Square Enix, excluding Final Fantasy and Forspoken, I believe the reason their games skip Xbox is due to Square Enix being Square Enix. It's just how they are. I do agree though that they probably do want that day one Game Pass deal in order to port game(s) over to Xbox. The debate of who would Matty and Cognito prefer between Capcom, Sega and Square Enix was good. Personally, I want Capcom and see them as the best fit game wise, business wise, etc. Sega would be second and Square Enix would be third for me.
