After trigger warnings, I would say that we're about two or three steps away from just handing out SOMA tablets to everyone. #BraveNewWorld

A missed opportunity to use the soundboard: "My cleaning ladies are so Spanish..." "HOW SPANISH ARE THEY?!" *ba-dum-tsssss*

The article you referenced about Brandon Sanderson was written by Wired not The New York Times. Hope that helps you find it if you were looking. Fun show!

I remember Spike eating yellow grass in The Land Before Time and thinking it looked so tasty. The animators did a great job

Ever read the running man, it’s not scary but very good

Can we get this best friend of Dagans on a special show of some sorts? We got Colins best friend Ramon on, its time for PJ. Maybe a Dagan and PJ episode.

Jonathan Turner

Micah you are going to love The Stand. I also recommend Hearts in Atlantis! It's his weirdest book IMO. I was living in a youth shelter and that book got passed around. It was a beautiful hardcover I guess someone had donated. A bunch of us started playing hearts everywhere we went. Literally on the bus we'd be crouched in the back playing hearts on the floor lmao. Great book. Speaking of trigger warnings, this was in 2002 and there was a rule that the TV volume had to be set to multiples of either 2 or 5 because some of the kids had severe issues that caused them to have an episode if it was on something like 47 or 54. That was in a very special place for kids that had problems to begin with so it was understandable. It's quite scary that the general population of the west is treated like this now.

"El toothbrusho, el flooro..." I'm dying :)

I would rather have that than them re-editing it like they have with other things.

I think of that as less of a trigger warning and more of a “we know it’s outdated, stand down on emailing us about it” kind of thing.

The all time contender for warning audience members has got to be Disney+, with disclaimers about movies from the 1940's and 50's, and how morally wrong some of their stories can be interpreted as when seen through modern lens, 70 some odd years later. Truly a parody at this point.

Surge!

Micah needs the Stone Cold Steve Austin shirt that has a viper head on the front and on the back it says “don’t trust anybody”

Cameron

Thank you for adding chapter times!

always the perfect time when coming on here

Duuuude Micah is turning into an absolute animal lol. She's becoming a god amongst us.

Trigger warnings on TV shows annoy me. The suicide one specifically. I was watching Snowpiercer and had a big warning that a suicide will happen in this episode. Now all I'm doing while watching it is wondering who is going to commit suicide. "this guy?" "maybe this girl is going to be the one?". its really just a spoiler.
