Sacred Symbols+, Episode 329 | PlayStation's Retro Scene Gets A Magazine

This is Sandeep's third appearance around these parts, and he returns packing a new Kickstarter that I (Colin) think will appeal to a great many of you. It's called RPM: The Unofficial Retro PlayStation Magazine, it's a print mag aiming at a quarterly release schedule, and each issue comes packed with 60 pages of retrospectives, impressions, reviews, interviews, and more concerning Sony's storied history in the games space. PlayStation, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, and even our beloved PlayStation Vita -- the discontinued machines, as it were -- are eligible for coverage, and chances are you're probably gonna learn a thing or two after leafing through. Old-schoolers: This one's for you (well, us actually).

2023-09-10 12:10:27 +0000 UTCI think ads in the magazine done in a retro style would be awesome. I still leaf through my old gaming mags and the ads are an integral part of that nostalgia. I just backed it as well. Love the idea of bringing gaming magazines back.
