That comeback story is something that continued to rear its head in this episode. From Halo Infinite's fifth season, to Redfall finally dropping much needed features at launch, and even Guitar Hero being teased for a return, much in the vicinity of Xbox is looking to make a grand return. Even beyond its green gates, Cyberpunk stands at the apex alongside No Man's Sky as the ultimate comeback story. Naturally, that brings us to this episode's main question: is it time to make a return? Is Redfall worth it? What about Halo Infinite? We answer those burning questions alongside sifting through the plethora of updates that have hit the Activision Blizzard deal as it finally looks to reach its grand finale.

I'm a week late but wanted to chime in to say yes Matty please use the break to catch up on the Yakuza series. Zero is excellent, but know going into it that 3-5 are going to feel quite dated immediately after 0. Stick with it, though, and don't even try to do all the side missions. Gotta be thoroughly educated on why Kazuma Kiryu will always be the GOAT.

I know people want stealth and while it was broken in Valhalla, I did stealth so much in Origins and Odyssey once you get the hidden blade and the short dagger respectively. I easily prefer Origins/Odyssey and most of all, I want the free climbing. Having to look for things to grab in order to climb is just so outdated.

2023-10-13 01:56:34 +0000 UTCI haven't played Redfall (nor will I in the future), but I don't quite understand why it is problematic for people to say they like the game now. Not everything is about scoring W's or pushing narratives. Maybe those people just like bad games? Idk lots of people like things that I personally find to be irredeemable trash (like the Star Wars prequels for example). It just seems very cynical to assume the worst when someone is just saying they enjoy an unpopular/bad piece of entertainment.

Even Free to Play games, like Halo Infinite, because you get a discount on in game currency with the game pass membership. It truly is an awful statistic for Game Pass games, full stop. There's so much missing context when that is brought up, which is exactly why Twitter fanboys run with it every chance they get. Let's do better here, please.

2023-10-12 19:01:41 +0000 UTCOh my God I am SO glad Matty is giving Lies of P some love cause Dustin was not very high on the game trying to claim that you couldn't tap block to parry and all this about he couldn't understand the timing because it was sooooo different from Sekiro (it's not by the way). Basically he was sucking in the copium because it was clearly a skill issue so I'm glad Matty is praising it ☺️☺️☺️
