They know the PS5s are out there, but most of those people are out working again and aren't playing every game that comes out. I wonder if there is a downward trend in game sales after 2020.

The one that have tried have died. Many people will play Factions but soon would stop due to ex. Fortnite's new season and never come back. Then what reason do they have to come back to play the exact game they played months ago.

Same with Insomniac for superhero games, Naughty Dog for Last of Us and Guerilla for Horizon. I love all these games but (probably because they're all in the same boat) I am COMPLETELY over them at this point and desperate for a crumb of new IP.
