Whenever this issue occurs they simply tell you to right click the video that has its download limit exceeded, and select copy to my drive. Once you open the copy from your drive this should at least ensure that you can download the episode. This method has worked for us for 2 years. I hope it will work for you guys.

2019-09-07 02:03:53 +0000 UTCI think Vimeo is the way to go. Mega has a similar issue with data limits for viewing as google drive. Although data limits are based on the individual who's viewing it instead of the accumulation of all views. Anyone using mega is allocated like 5g of video per day. This isn't horrible but people who try to watch 3 or more of your video's in one day wouldn't be able too, unless they personally buy more data. I used to have to do this with Supermechafrieza, until she started using Vimeo.
