Spoke with Ptreon, and sadly everyone experiencing the issue of not seeing the most up to date content or the filtering not working will need to contact Patreon Support. They will have to look at your account individually in order to assist.
If they end up fixing it for you, feel free to comment below with how they resolved it so other people can see if it works for them. Even we have to contact them to fix ours because we cannot see the content on our PC. This is very weird and we are so sorry this is happening ?????.

Because I just came and am very confused on whats happening, just wanted to watch some one piece.

Everything’s there and all... only problem is that when you click on videos on Vimeo, the screen doesn’t rotate, so the solution to that (for iPhones) is to just press the safari link at the bottom right hand corner and it’ll forward you to the exact same video on safari which then you can rotate it!!
