Wiper one of my favourite characters in the whole show. His whole character was so well written imo and also the fact that he endured more attacks from enel than Zoro and still was able to stand up cause of his ancestors was amazing

The pH of something is not what causes you to burp. There are a number of things that can lead to burping, including natural digestion inside the stomach. Also drinking water that's more acidic is not inherently bad for you. Your stomach is already filled with strong acid. Meanwhile water has no pH buffer so it's very easy to change the pH of water. You could drink alkaline water like Smart Water all day but if you have one tomato then you've now ingested wayyyy more acidity than even from drinking multiple bottles of the most acidic water. Just drink filtered water and you're fine.
