I haven’t seen any quotes about her refining her actual quirk, horikoshi didn’t spend too much time on this character so there’s no confirmation on light refraction being her quirk, but from what we do know she has a mutant quirk (Quirks that feature permanent alterations on a user's body) this was confirmed when she displayed a pic of her & her family & they were all invisible. Going back to the light refraction point, in chapter 256 she’s shown using gloves to bend & shift the direction of a laser

2020-03-26 12:06:40 +0000 UTCGreat reaction! Btw Invisible Girl's quirk isnt actually invisibility, its light refraction, so basically she can manipulate light. She used it in S3 during the license exam to blind students from the other schools so that her team mates could hit their targets.
