Im confused about how you guys think Sogeking is Ussop. Sogeking is a hero and King of sniper island, Ussop is just friends with him. They are obviously different people.

The joke before Franky transforms is a Japanese pun. Hentai can mean convert/transform, but it also means pervert. Basically Nero was agreeing that Franky (who walks around in just speedos) is a pervert, while Franky was declaring he was transforming.

Skypiea essentially began when that ship fell from the sky and nearly hit them which was before Mock Town. Water 7 essentially began when we met Aokiji

So basically how the one piece community divides the series up is there's arcs and sagas. An arc is the single story that happens on an island or location. The saga includes all the arcs that connect with an overarching story For example you have the Alabasta saga, which includes reverse mountain, whiskey peak, little garden, drum island, and the Alabasta arcs. Skypeia saga includes jaya and skypeia arcs CP9 saga includes foxy, water 7, and the current arc you're on.

Also his end goal is based on strength and so is Luffy’s in a sense. But Sanji does not need to get stronger but he does in order to protect the crew

Lol i think you are forgetting that Zoro is luffy's Right hand man so naturally his fights will be more colder then other people on the crew aside from luffy of course

zoro probably gets better fights because his role on the crew is second in command since he came in second and hes purely a fighter. sanji gets less because at the end of the day his role is the cook for the crew

Rashomon is the coldest. What takes it from "cold" to "legendary" is the fact that Zoro can actually explain how it works. Because he's done this before, and struggled to understand it in the past. I recommend everyone go back and watch episode 119, the fight against Mr. 1. Rashomon is the full realization of the ability Zoro tapped into breifly in Alabasta, the breath/rhythm of all things. "The ego of the entropic world... can be slashed to pieces." When Zoro swings his sword here, he's not cutting wood and metal, he's cutting the ego of the train, the train's sense of self, the physical world's idea of what state it should be in. He insists the train is in two halves, and the train falls apart. This is how his sword cuts steel, this is how his sword fires beam attacks, this is how Mihawk cuts a battleship in half with just three feet of blade, this is how Zoro's teacher avoids cutting the paper. All the strength in the world couldn't cut Mr. 1. Everything in this world has a will, and that will can be cut. His will flows into the sword. The sword that cuts anything. The sword that cuts nothing.

I remember after skypeia you guys were saying it would be really hard to top off this arc and then only halfway through water 7 Lycan already likes it better
