during the alabasta arc crocodile was looking for pluton. the poneglyph robin was reading had the location of pluton on it. so robin knows the location of pluton and franky can build it.

no one seems to have explained this super clearly so here we go: Tom inherited the blueprints for pluton (as people mentioned the same weapon crocodile was after in Alabasta. revealed in this arc to be a crazy warship). He passed the blueprints on to Iceberg and Franky since he knew the government was not going to stop harassing him for it. When he passes them he also tells them about Nico Robin who is capable of reviving the ancient weapons (the whole story on this not revealed yet so I will leave it at that). Because of this, Iceberg (who became the current holder) keeps the blueprints rather than destroying them because there's a risk that Nico Robin would revive the ancient weapons and the world would need a countermeasure against it, ie they would need the blueprints to build a NEW pluton to counter the ressurected one (this is kind of similar concept of nuclear deterrents in the real world). If Nico Robin didn't exist he would have just destroyed the blueprints, this is why he kept a wanted poster of her, because if he ever saw her he would try to kill her so there wouldn't be any risk of pluton coming. CP9's main objective is to get the Pluton. They wanted both Nico Robin and the blueprints so they could use her to revive Pluton and also have the blueprints so no one could oppose them by building a new one (or even possibly, the government could just build an army of Plutons themselves)

Don't ya'll remember but when Usopp left the crew luffy accepted that when so long Usopp it's been fun but when Robin said she leave the crew Zoro said to Luffy that Robin is no longer one of us do you accept that and Luffy's Response to that question was No and because Luffy her saying was Leaving she can't

They are afraid of someone who can raise the devil, he said that as an example to show how important it is to get rid of that said person. Thats just metaphorical. They mean pluton. Both keys are robin who can read the ponyglyph and uncover the secrets of pluton (which happened in alabasta) and Franky who has the blueprints for pluton. Apparently those 2 are the only way to get pluton.

For those watching on chrome and want to try and place their anime video tab over the out of sync on in their video, there is a chrome extension call Open-as-popup that you can easily search for and it can convert any tab into a popup window that removes the address bar to make it a little cleaner to watch if you're stacking windows.

About the Pluton thing. You're both kind of right. Pluton already exists in the world and Robin is the only person that can find. But if the Government ever feels like they want more Plutons, Franky has the blueprints to make more.

When you guys talk about missing something about the "depth perception" in One Piece, it isn't depth perception it's "the passage of time". Blueno wasn't that close to ussop, there is time that isn't shown that happened during the time they showed Lucci explaining Air Door. It's the same thing when you guys always think islands are so close together and the crew always magically arrives. They don't, the distance is far, they just don't show every second.

Lycan won the debate :p ussop needs to apologise, he was the stubborn one and left the crew so easily. Was that situation worth picking a fight with your captain and leaving the crew who’s risk their lives for you ??? If luffy listened to ussop they would’ve have sunk and died out at sea. So you rather risk the crew members lives ? If the crew members knew ussop was right they would’ve intervened ! But they didn’t cause they know that thei captain is right. Even if luffy was wrong the crew still needs to listen cause he is the captain.

Yeah Pluton already exists, no one knows where it is though. Just that a poneglyph in Alabasta supposedly gives out it's exact location (that's why Crocodile was there). Robin can uncover the exact location with the poneglyph and Franky has the blueprints needed to make a 2nd Pluton if necessary. That's both their links to Pluton.

Usopp i feel is at a bigger fault because he argued, disrespected, and deuled his Captain. I know luffy and Usopp are friends but he cant just do that and leave the crew and expected an easy acceptance back
