Also you kind of have to assume that for something to be a "net" that's flexible it can't be 100% sea prism. Probably more like a net that had bits of sea prism in it otherwise it would be pretty rigid and just one solid piece. Like if you had a diamond net, it wouldn't be pure diamond, but a net that has diamonds on it.

2020-05-21 04:36:43 +0000 UTCKalifa is a paramecia. She can manipulate bubbles, but she herself if not bubbles. Its like foxy manipulating his slow slow beam, he isn't a slow beam himself. There are of course exceptions to what a paramecia normally is, such as buggy, mr1 and luffy, whose very own body is the power, but they don't control, manipulate and are their fruit. Luffy is his fruit, but he doesn't control it. He doesn't create rubber out of thin air while being rubber himself. Khalifa can manipulate bubbles, but isn't intangible and bubbles herself, which is why she had to create a soap bar to protect herself from nami's attack

I’m pretty sure Kalifa’s a paramecia. She doesn’t turn into soap. Also, Robin’s losing her strength and energy because of the cuffs. She can move, but fighting’s out of the question.
