But seriously the show already tried to make it clear multiple times that Califa's key was the only one left that could be #2 even though they didn't show which number Kaku had, which is a combination of a few things. The arc ain't over yet so there's still stuff to happen, the scene of Nami looking for Califa's key was making a "scandalous" joke so they might not have wanted to show the key either to take away from the joke but also to not make you expect Chopper busting through the wall followed by Franky and Nami with the key. Like there's no need to show Nami getting the #2 key, if 3 minutes later she comes through the wall and uses the #2 key which makes it pretty clear that she did get it.

I always thought that Mr. 3 just used his wax powers to form the shape of the correct key by injecting the key hole with wax(liquid). I don't even think he remembers what the key they have looks like. So, he didn't create a duplicate of the wrong key. He just let the wax flow inside the key hole and use the shape of the inside as a mold to make the correct key.

I went to check the manga, it didn't show the shape of the key that mr3 did.

Remember that this was first a Manga, i just think that the reason of not showing the keys is just to keep you guessing until they finally resolve things, keeps you interested while reading and it kinda translated differently on the Anime

Something interesting to note guys is that Lucci's Power Level was stated as 4,000 doriki in base form. each 10 digits being equal to the strength of your average grunt marine. Spandam received a call saying that Luffy had defeated 500 marines ( that he mistakenly took for 5). Is Oda trying to tell us that Luffy's power level is 5,000? :D
