That's the reason I was guessing. I know it's very troublesome to make well-linked chains. I'm totally ok that you don't have to put extra efforts to making chains. Was just asking out of curiosity.

2024-04-08 01:20:42 +0000 UTCDynamic connecting chains require a lot of things to work. Essentially you are creating another "person" that just looks like a chain. It must have full 3D shapes, bone structure, code guiding what movements are possible in between bones, what do they collide with etc etc. Skyrim LE has a connection chain, it is far from perfect, but for SE they dropped the single chain and just attached a short chain to each ankle to tell you to just "see them connected" even though they are not. Something like the arm restraint cage she has on is much easier, but does not allow walking, I guess she could bunny hop lol

However, the difficulty of the task may be lower if the shackles of both feet are not chained together, so next time I will try to express it using that method.

Personally, I like leg cuffs with chains/bar/heavy balls attached. The feeling of "she can hardly escape" is very exciting.
