Close to One Piece dub bad, due to the massive omissions, characters acting completely out of character, absolute butchering of all the fight scenes and neutering shinsoo... You will easily understand if you read the webtoon up to the end of the first season. Night and day.

The only people we've seen him interact with are Bam, an irregular, and 2 rankers, Yuri and Evan. Rachel wasn't supposed to be there. He didn't choose her. So i figured he just thought she was pathetic and unworthy of even being in the tower.

(im talking about their beginning comments)
