1) An "Archipelago" is a cluster of islands. 2) Welcome to the mystery of Duval. Everybody was wondering who he was when this came out week by week, it was so intense lol. I wonder if either of y'all will be able to figure out who it is. My guess back when I was first reading was Don Krieg. 3) I'm going to keep posting about what i'm about to type rn until I at least get a response back from you guys (cuz I didn't last time). There is extra stuff outside the anime that is either fun to watch, extra clues Oda gives towards the story (that y'all would LOVE especially Lycan who loves world building and trying to piece things together), or straight up CANON that doesn't get animated into the show (Movies, "SBS", Cover Pages, Ova's, Episode Specials) The One Piece "Cover Pages" are the front cover of every manga chapter that detail parts of the story going on OUTSIDE the Strawhats, usually dealing with characters we've seen before and what they're up to. The key thing is these "Cover Stories" are CANON material that the anime just stopped animating because Luffy isn't in them and they're like "No Luffy = less viewers = less money = we'll stop animating it". These cover stories detail things like what happened to (Buggy, Coby, Ace after he left Alabasta before he met BlackBeard, Gedatsu the Priest, ENEL, HACHI, Baroque Works including Crocodile, Cp9, the Giants from Enies Lobby, ETC). They're not always plot essential but help explain how and why certain things happen. For example, they DID animate Buggy's cover story back in East Blue, the story of how he sailed to the guy stuck in a treasure chest, then met Alvida, then his crew then got his body back then sailed for logue town to kill Luffy, They bothered to animate that and so we didn't see Buggy and Alvida just come out of nowhere at Logue Town. However they DIDN'T animate Ace's cover story of what he did after he left Alabasta and just how exactly he managed to catch up to and find BlackBeard, this one wasn't plot essential but i'm sure Amenz would have like to see more Ace. If you had seen the one about Hachi for example you would A) know that there are female fishmen, not just mermaids (not a big deal but still) and B) How hachi got to where he is now. These cover stories are NOT "extra" material or spoilers but canon in the story that the anime just dropped the ball on and SOME of them are IMPORTANT. I'm tellin y'all set aside time to catch up with the cover stories that within the story you should have seen by now. They're literally short af, and with Oda you NEVER know if one of the stories is going to be a plot point connection to a future arc. At the very least, after the next arc, WATCH THEM, TRUST ME. ESPECIALLY Enels, good lord you have no idea the possible implications that Enel's story arc might have toward the future of One Piece and just what exactly Oda's grand vision for the entire story might be. If y'all really can't react to these due to time or if the patrons get selfish and tell you not to, at least watch em in your own time and talk about them after a reaction to an ep (I'd send you links to where you can see these things). I won't even be able to properly theorize with you guys about One Piece's future if you don't P.S. - Seriously, is it possible you guys can get some mods for these future arcs (I'll be your mod if you need). P.S.S. - This community can not help but hype arcs before you watch, lol, I hate us. P.S.S.S - I swear to GODA if you don't read my post and comment back (and im not accepting "no, we can't" as an answer) I will unlock a gear that even Oda doesn't know about, gain a warlord level bounty and go ham n'aam sayin
