Episode 0 especially has a ton of information. you will get answers for somethings and raises a lot of questions too. Also in this chapter Sengoku says Goldlion Shiki escaped from impel down. But Luffy is the first one to infiltrate the prison.

I'd wait until the next arc because of a certain character but it's fine now, and then Strong World Movie next. If you watch Strong World you can pretend it took place between Thriller and Sabaody. It's the only movie that can "pass" as canon in the story. We'd love the reactions for both.
