going into war is a big deal because all the four emperors and the world gov (navy + warlords) are enemies of each party, there are no alliances, and their power is all equally balanced. so if 2 of them take on eachother, that means that the winning side will be weakened and that will be the oportunity for a 3rd party (one of the emperors or the navy) to appear and finnish the job eliminating another of their rivals, all 4 emperors and the navy recognize this and thats why they avoid getting into a head on battle/war at all costs

I am a patron of yaboyroshi too, they had problem with vimeo too, so they change the media player from vimeo to streamable. After that, everything felt better, lighter, and smoother. I think the show will will continue to explain devil fruits a lot from now on, so I won't say more than that. There's some good info about the Logia and Zoans coming up.
