Jojos father got in the accident, dios father found him, took the ring and was gonna keep robbing him until he woke up then he played the role of "helping him" then later tried to sell the ring he already took and the guy recognized it as jojos ring so threw him in jail and called him, but since jojos dad thought he was trying to save his life he stuck up for him.
