Next Story/Patreon Tier Update

Hey everyone, hope everything's going well for you!

So my first story, Corpo Age has ended after twenty months(it feels bittersweet, I already went over my thoughts at the end of the epilogue so talk your ear off again) and it will soon be time for my third story! Below will be separated into two sections. One for tier changes and one for schedule/ how things will flow for my next story, Construction Mage.

Executive/VIP Tier Announcement

Now if you're on the Executive Tier and you haven't read about the upcoming changes yet, I wanted to reiterate my plan for the future of this tier here as well.

Once I have everything set up, I will be changing the name/swapping it over for my next story in a few weeks. If plan on sticking around for Construction Mage, there's nothing you need to do.

If you don't want to, I still love you for all the support you've shown during the beginning stages of my writing career and I'll never forget that. Please do try to CANCEL before you are charged again. If you forgot to unsubscribe on time, no worries, message me and I'll refund you as long as Patreon allows me.

VIP Tier will remain as it is, with the new chapters for my next story added when available.

Construction Mage Plans

I don't plan on taking any breaks following the conclusion of my first story today, but what I first must do is do some prep work, things like plotting, cover work, and all that good stuff that happens in the background. This will likely take a week or two at most.

Then, I plan on launching the first 20k words as I write it or with minimal backlog before pausing. This will give me more time to refine the start based on your feedback and my own editing, while building some backlog in the process.

As for the rate of release, I want to say it'd be either x4 a week with chapter lengths similar to The Science of Cultivation (~1500 words) or longer chapters two or three times a week. I don't know yet simply because I haven't started writing it yet. Once I get a feel for it, it'll become more clear what feels more right.

Once I have enough backlog(30-40 chapters), I will then do the Royal Road release, which I will likely need to take a week's break to prepare for that.

That's basically my tentative plan moving forward, if you have any questions, ideas, or suggestions, feel free to let me know.

Also, I can't say this too much, thank you everyone for supporting me. It means a lot and is what enables me to believe I can go full-time writing (Unfortunately, living expenses in Toronto, Canada is nothing to snooze at) soon. You're all the best! I hope you enjoy my next work just as much as the last, if not even more.

Cheers!
