Caesar on Punk Hazard is annoying cause he is being a villain and constantly revealing the horrible things he's done. Caesar Post-PH is great because you get to continuously see him get his just desserts for all the horrible stuff he did. I think you get to enjoy when he shows up now because of how annoying he initially was.

Also, I love Oda's way to tell us that even though Cesar is a good comic relief, he still poisoned kids and almost got the Minks killed, he deserves every drop of what he is getting aha.
