I don't know why everyone hates Tosen. He betrayed Soul Society because their system of governance was flawed and without mercy. His captain was killed by Zaraki just so he could take his spot. Tosen dealt with that hatred. Gin I believe is far worse he kills without reason and betrayed everyone as well but he's beloved by fandom as well as Aizen.
