I actually like the direction the anime took, these 4 episodes are a fun distraction from what Luffy is going through. Just like Luffy, we are taking a break from the chaos that was Impel down and having a slight rest and head to the storm that is marineford

For now its just a gag and a plot tool. Also the whole reason why zoro became a pirate hunter is because he began searching for mihawk and got lost in his way, so he start hunting these down so he could eat/drink My personal theory is that his demonic aura in some way restrains zoro's sense of direction.. but as i said it could just be a gag for ever (Knowing oda i doubt it tho)

This is a theory most people came up with! The reason Zoro always gets lost is because of the curse sword he got back at Logue Town, ever since than he has gotten the worst sense of direction. I personally never made the connection but I really like that theory.

You guys should think about making a new video for one piece openings 1-14 after this arc is over. I think you will find it more enjoyable the second time.
