ivankov just gave luffy adrenaline, it's not a significant power up. He's just able to move and put all the fatigue he accumulated on hold, as he's forced in a flight or fight mode.

Yeah, in big battles some powers/characters are minor, brief, or hard to notice. In the Ennies Lobby Battle, there was not only the marine who rusted Zoro's sword, but also one who turned into multiple balls, and one who could turn his limbs into wheels (anime showed that last guy but not the power, manga only). For minor powers now, marines have a Dalmation Zoan, a Spider Zoan, and old Tsuru who turned people into laundry (Wash-Wash). [Oda said in an SBS that this power makes the washed person a bit less evil, on top of disabling them.] The pirates have unnamed fruits, one that's a Caterpillar Zoan (power not really animated), and one with magic chin pockets that can hold a giant hammer.

Just to remind you guys that one piece dosen't have the same type of power-up like other animes, Luffy had the Energy Hormones but remember all of the pain Luffy's body has absorbed, even if he doesn't feel the pain.

You can tell that WB is holding back his powers for his crews sake and for Ace's sake....if this was a real war, like a straight just fight to kill war....SHEEESH i can only imagine WB spamming all his powers.... Only Marco and Jozu could probably even fight by his side and be ok, Maybe the other Commanders, possibly the New World Captains. Sengoku probably knows this too.
