Hes right, Eneru gets mopped by any big name at Marineford. Devil Fruit counter or not Eneru still lost to pre gears Luffy. Take an Admirals fruit power away and they still kill all the Skypiea Strawhats without trying just on physical ability and haki. And technically Enerus power wasnt fully countered, he could still use it for movement and other things. An Admiral vs. Eneru would be a complete massacre no difficulty.
