One Piece: Episode 520 [RAW]

Before you two continue this journey, i just want y’all to remember thats its TOEI ANIMATIONS FAULT, and NOT ONE PIECE. People tend to hate one piece cause of the pacing, when they really should hate toei for ruining one piece post time skip with the pacing.

Manga comes out every 2 weeks, and anime comes out once a week. Thus, if you make a good pacing, then the anime will start to catch up with the manga, there are two ways out of this situation, or make one episode with a normal pace, and the other is a filler, but then no one will watch the fillers, and the popularity of the show on TV will fall, the other way out is do a slow pace. I know it pisses everyone off, but what do you suggest? For the impatient, there is the One Pace site, where the most annoying arcs are cut off at a good pace and not important filler scenes are cut out. I don't know why everyone dislikes One Pace so much, it's so convenient. They fit the entire Reverie arc in 30 minutes. It is much more convenient and interesting to watch than when flashback 80% of the episode

I'm the biggest one piece fanboy ever and even I can't deal with the terrible anime pacing. For me it is either I read the manga or use one pace. I cannot watch the regular anime post time skip.

Lycan is definitely not going to like the pace one piece from here on now

It more Toei Animation than One Piece. The manga has a pretty good pace but IDK why Toei decided to take their time.

I agree with you but we have been spoiled by all these fast paced weekly anime’s like Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, Mob Psycho, that pacing like this can get annoying.

Yeah One Piece's pacing is only gonna get worse lol. It's gonna be more of a slow burn but it definitely pays off.

Pacing really doesn't get THAT bad until the arc with mr pink. The fake straw hat content is way dragged out in the anime though.

The pacing will never get better. It will stay the same or be worse. It started declining in Enies Lobby where some episodes only adopted one chapter. It hardly recovered from there if ever back to its normal pacing Most arcs I had trouble liking due to pacing I rewatched through One Pace and loved. It truly is a gift for Post-TS

Pacing is horrendous, but it only gets worse. One piece would be a God tier anime if the pacing was done right, but it is what it is. Your patience will be tested, good luck haha

Yeah, when the pacing gets bad in One Piece, you just have to try not to think about it. It gets worse at a certain point, but y’all were warned before you started all of this soooo... Stay strong! Lmao
