For that, you should know that the queens observation haki is so strong that she can feel/understand the feelings of another person(as neptune said/implied in this episode), its like empathy on crack. Thats why it is not exactly the same as shirahoshis crybaby behavior. Thats why Shirahoshi replied with "Well... I don't know" when Chopper compared Shirahoshis crying with that of Otohimes. And no, I don't think that anyone should get that from watching it for the first time.

DoubleDragon I know its hard to watch some slow parts of One Piece BUT please be patient and don't be too hasty with that comments. Just let those scenes play out even if its slow.
